Payment in full is required before any product will be shipped. Please ensure the address you enter is correct, as Scented Wishes will not be responsible for lost items due to incorrect details. If using a PO Box, please ensure you check it regularly for the ‘Item to be collected card’. If the item is sent back to me due to it being ‘unclaimed’, you will have to pay for postage to re-send.

Postage is purely based on weight and I only charge what I get charged. I will endeavour to source the most cost effective and most reliable option where possible and will refund you the difference, if there is a cost difference. I will use Australia Post, Sendle, Hubbed or similar courier company, all with tracking. All items will be bubble wrapped to ensure safe travelling.

Pickup is welcome from Templestowe, Vic.

Unfortunately International shipping is unavailable at this stage.

All of our candles and bath bombs are hand made so please allow up to 3 days before items are posted.

Returns and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo to and we will endeavour to issue you a refund or store credit.

If you have simply changed your mind, you can organise a return to us at your cost, within 30 days. Once we receive it back in its original, unused, resalable condition, we will issue you a refund. The refund will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Terms and Conditions Apply
